Every PixelBloomCollection item is made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives defective or there is an error caused by us or our production partner, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Email us at support@pixelbloomcollection.com and we will make it right.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item has entered production and cannot be cancelled.
